Timco Fantom Door Stop Chrome, 173 g
Timco Fantom Door Stop Chrome provides a flush‑mounted, magnetic hold‑open solution that removes trip hazards in corridors, offices and homes.
Overview
The Timco Fantom Door Stop Chrome is a floor‑mounted device that removes the tripping hazards of traditional door stops and wedges. A flush‑mounted pin is recessed into the floor to create a smooth, unobtrusive surface. When the door swings over the pin, a powerful rare‑earth magnet captures it, holding the door open securely. Releasing the door requires only a gentle pull, making the system extremely user‑friendly and safe for busy environments.
Key Features & Benefits
- Flush Floor Mounted: The pin sits completely flush with the floor, removing all tripping risks.
- Powerful Magnetic Action: Utilises a rare earth magnet for a strong, reliable hold‑open function.
- Easy to Use: Door is held open automatically as it passes over the pin; simply pull to close.
Applications
The solution is ideal for corridors, offices, homes, public buildings, schools, healthcare facilities and residential properties where safety and clear passage are priorities. Its robust construction and magnetic mechanism provide consistent, hands‑free operation day after day, offering a modern alternative to bulky floor‑mounted stops or wedges.
