Texas Instruments Adjustable Voltage Regulator 1.25V-37V 1.5A SOT-223-4
Texas Instruments adjustable linear voltage regulator. 1.5A output, 1.25V-37V range. Features thermal & short-circuit protection. SOT-223-4 package.
The Texas Instruments Adjustable Linear Voltage Regulator is a highly versatile three-terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying more than 1.5A over an adjustable output voltage range of 1.25V to 37V. Designed for ease of use, this device requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage, making it exceptionally straightforward to integrate into your circuit designs.
Delivering excellent performance, the regulator features a typical line regulation of 0.01% and a typical load regulation of 0.1%, ensuring stable and reliable power delivery. It is equipped with multiple built-in protection mechanisms, including internal short-circuit current limiting, thermal overload protection, and output safe-area compensation. Crucially, the overload protection remains fully functional even if the ADJUST terminal is disconnected, safeguarding your equipment under unexpected fault conditions.
As a green product, it is manufactured without Antimony (Sb) or Bromine (Br), supporting environmentally conscious designs. Housed in a compact SOT-223-4 surface-mount package, it operates effectively across a temperature range of 0°C to 125°C. With an input voltage range of 3V to 40V, this regulator is perfectly suited for a wide array of demanding electronics applications, from consumer devices to industrial process control systems.
