Texas Instruments Dual Buffer/Driver SOT-23-6

Texas Instruments dual buffer/driver with open-drain outputs, operating across a supply voltage (VCC) range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V, is suited to mixed-voltage system designs. The device is supplied in a compact SOT-23-6 package and contains two buffer/driver channels, each with an open-drain output.

Handling

The MOS gates remain sensitive during storage and handling. To help prevent damage, the leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam.
