TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Single Inverter Gate IC, 5 Pins, SOT-23
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS single inverter gate IC in 5-pin SOT-23 package. Operates from 1.65V to 5.5V with low power consumption.
The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Single Inverter Gate IC is a high-performance CMOS logic device designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. It performs the Boolean function Y = (active low)A, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of digital logic applications. This device offers high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation across its broad operating voltage range.
Key features include support for 5V VCC operation and an input that accepts voltages up to 5.5V, allowing for down translation to VCC. It boasts a maximum propagation delay time of 3.3ns at 3.3V, ensuring swift and efficient performance. With low power consumption (10μA maximum ICC) and a ±24mA output drive at 3.3V, it balances energy efficiency with robust output capability. The Ioff feature supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back-drive protection, while latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class II.
Housed in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 package, this inverter gate operates reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Please note: The device has limited built-in ESD protection. Leads should be shorted together, or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling, to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
