TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Dual Channel ESD Protection Device, 6Gbps, 5.5V, SOT
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS dual-channel ESD protection device. 6-Gbps, 5.5V, SOT case. AEC-Q100 qualified for high-speed data lines.
The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Dual Channel ESD Protection Device is designed to safeguard sensitive components connected to ultra high-speed data and transmission lines. Featuring two ESD protection diodes with flow-through pin mapping, it significantly simplifies board layout for engineers and designers.
This device provides robust transient voltage suppression, meeting Level 4 of the IEC 61000-4-2 standard for contact ESD protection. Additionally, it offers TVS protection up to a 5-A (8/20 µs) peak pulse-current rating in accordance with the IEC 61000-4-5 lightning specification, ensuring comprehensive defence against severe power surges.
Utilising monolithic silicon technology, this component enables precise matching between differential signal pairs. Its exceptionally low differential capacitance of less than 0.05 pF ensures that any differential signal distortion caused by the added ESD circuit protection remains minimal. With a low capacitance of 0.7 pF, this device is highly suitable for high-speed data rates reaching up to 6 Gbps.
