TEXAS INSTRUMENTS DC/DC Charge Pump Inverter 1.6V-5.5V 60mA SOT-23-5
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 60mA charge pump voltage inverter. 1.6V to 5.5V input, -5.25V to -1.6V output in a SOT-23-5 package.
The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS DC/DC Charge Pump Voltage Inverter features a variable switching frequency and generates an unregulated negative output voltage from an input voltage ranging from 1.6V to 5.5V. It is typically supplied by a pre-regulated supply rail of 5V or 3.3V.
Due to its wide input voltage range, this charge pump can be powered by two or three NiCd, NiMH, or alkaline battery cells, as well as a single Li-ion cell. It requires only three external 1µF capacitors to build a complete DC-DC charge pump inverter, simplifying circuit design and reducing board space. The device delivers a maximum output current of 60mA with a typical conversion efficiency exceeding 90% over a wide output current range.
