The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS High Speed CMOS Logic Analogue Multiplexer / Demultiplexer is a digitally controlled analogue switch that utilises advanced silicon gate CMOS technology. This design achieves operating speeds comparable to LSTTL while maintaining the low-power consumption characteristic of standard CMOS integrated circuits.
This device controls analogue voltages that may vary across the entire voltage supply range, from VCC to VEE. Functioning as a bidirectional switch, it allows any analogue input to be utilised as an output and vice versa. It features low ON resistance and low OFF leakages, ensuring reliable signal integrity. Furthermore, an enable control is included; when set high, it disables the switch to the OFF state.
