Texas Instruments 6 Channel Bipolar Inverter 4.75V-5.25V Open Collector
Texas Instruments 6-channel bipolar inverter with open collector outputs. 74LS technology, DIP-14 package. Ideal for industrial & networking.
The Texas Instruments 6 Channel Bipolar Inverter features open collector outputs and incorporates advanced LS technology. This device contains six independent inverters, providing reliable performance for your digital logic requirements.
To ensure correct operation, the open-collector outputs require pull-up resistors. These versatile devices can be connected to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wire-AND functions. Additionally, open-collector devices are frequently utilised to generate high VOH levels, making them suitable for interfacing with different voltage levels.
Featuring TTL inputs and CMOS outputs, this hexagonal inverter bridges different logic families seamlessly. It is designed to meet the demands of modern electronic circuits, offering a dependable solution for signal inversion.
Applications
This logic IC is well-suited for use in industrial environments and communications networking equipment.
