The StarTech.com Universal Monitor Privacy Filter Installation Kit provides a complete solution for fitting, reusing, or replacing privacy filters on your monitors and laptop displays. This versatile kit allows you to transfer an existing privacy filter between different monitors of the same size, extending its lifespan and maximising your investment. It is specifically designed for a clean, semi-permanent installation that keeps your filter securely in place without permanent damage to your screen.
This comprehensive kit includes all the necessary components for a straightforward installation. You receive eight bezel tabs, twelve adhesive strips (six long and six short), and a handy wiping cloth to prepare the surface. The high-quality adhesive strips are formulated for reliable hold, yet are engineered to be easily removed when needed, leaving behind no sticky residue on your valuable display.
The kit is designed to accommodate displays up to 32 inches, providing sufficient materials for most common monitor sizes. For larger or ultra-wide screens, purchasing an additional kit is recommended to ensure full coverage and a secure fit. This makes it an essential accessory for offices, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, and any environment where on-screen confidentiality is paramount.
