The DYNAMODE Dual mSATA to SATA Adaptor fits two mSATA SSDs into a single 2.5-inch SATA drive bay with SATA 6 Gb/s interface support.
This adaptor allows two mSATA solid state drives to be installed in one standard 2.5-inch SATA hard drive bay, which can then be configured as a RAID array. It is designed for SATA 6 Gb/s controllers, with transfer speeds of up to 6 Gb/s. Compared with platter-based hard drives, it is also stated to reduce power consumption.
