SMD Ceramic GPS Patch Antenna, RHCP, 1575.42-1576MHz
Compact SMD ceramic GPS patch antenna, RHCP, 1575-1576MHz, 2.6dBi gain. Perfect for GPS modules and IoT.
The SMD Ceramic GPS Patch Antenna from MOLEX / BRAD is a compact, high-performance antenna designed for reliable GPS / GNSS signal reception. With dimensions of just 18 x 18 x 2 mm, this surface-mount ceramic patch antenna offers an efficient solution for space-constrained applications.
Engineered for right-hand circular polarisation (RHCP), the antenna provides excellent signal quality and multipath rejection, making it ideal for precise positioning and navigation tasks. It operates across a frequency range of 1575.42 MHz to 1576 MHz (GPS L1 band), delivering a typical gain of 2.6 dBi at 1575 MHz. The antenna supports a maximum input power of 2 W and features a 50-ohm input impedance for seamless integration into standard RF circuits.
Designed for SMD (surface-mount device) mounting, this antenna is suitable for automated assembly processes, ensuring efficient manufacturing and reliable solder joints. Its omnidirectional radiation pattern makes it suitable for applications where the antenna orientation may vary. The ceramic construction provides stable electrical performance and resistance to environmental factors.
