Ingredients and Function

Xanthan gum is used to stabilise the protective film when applied to the skin. Kaolin, a natural mineral, sits in the skin pores and helps to prevent them from becoming blocked by oil-based substances. Glycerin acts as a skin moisturiser, helping to prevent the skin from drying out and leaving it feeling smooth after use.

Applications

The cream is intended for use in most workplaces to protect against light to moderate exposure to oil-based and water-based substances, such as oil, grease, lubricants and detergents. It is suitable for food facilities and compatible with rubber production processes. It has proven glove compatibility with latex, vinyl and nitrile gloves, which may be in use.

Testing

The product was independently tested at the German Institute of Rubber Technology (DIK) and found to have no negative effect on the vulcanisation process.
