Penn Elcom PennBrite Steel Ball Corner Brace 30mm Offset
Heavy-duty zinc-plated steel ball corner brace with 30mm offset. Perfect for reinforcing flight cases, DJ decks and equipment protection.
The Penn Elcom PennBrite Steel Ball Corner Brace is a robust, heavy-duty bracket designed to reinforce and protect the corners of cases and equipment. Featuring a 30mm offset, it allows for secure installation on flight cases, DJ decks, and similar protective containers, providing enhanced structural support and resistance to impact.
Crafted from 16-gauge steel with a durable zinc plating, this corner brace offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long-lasting, bright finish. Its distinctive large 5mm radius ball design not only adds strength but also provides a smoother, more protective profile, helping to absorb knocks and prevent damage to case corners and their contents.
This brace is supplied individually and is designed to be stackable, offering flexibility for installations requiring additional reinforcement. The 30mm (1.18”) offset is a key feature, positioning the mounting holes away from the corner edge for easier, more secure fastening and to accommodate case trim or coverings.
Ideal for protecting valuable equipment, this component is a staple in the construction and repair of professional flight cases for musical instruments, DJ gear, and AV equipment. Its heavy-duty construction ensures it can withstand the rigours of transport and frequent handling.
