Penn Elcom 4U Blanking Front Panel 10 Module Black
Penn Elcom 4U black blanking front panel, 10 modules wide. Ideal for constructing 19-inch rack enclosures and covering unused rack spaces.
The Penn Elcom 4U Blanking Front Panel provides a clean and professional solution for covering unused spaces within your 19-inch rack enclosure. Designed with a width of 10 modules and a height of 4U, this plain blanking panel helps to maintain proper airflow and streamline the appearance of your server or audio-visual setup. Finished in a sleek black colour, it seamlessly integrates with standard rack systems.
Understanding rack measurements is simple: one module equates to 44mm, and a single rack unit (1U) measures 44.5mm. To successfully construct a standard 19-inch rack enclosure, a total width of 10 modules is required, making this panel an exact fit for full-width rack spaces. It serves as an essential component for organising and optimising your equipment rack.
Whether you are building a new enclosure or modifying an existing one, this blanking module prevents dust accumulation and ensures efficient cooling by directing airflow through active equipment rather than open gaps. Its robust construction guarantees reliability in demanding environments.
