OB1 Grip & Grab Solvent Free Multi-Surface Adhesive 290ml

The OB1 Grip & Grab Adhesive 290ml is a solvent free construction adhesive supplied in a 290ml tube, offering a high initial grab followed by a structural bond.

Overview

OB1 Grip & Grab Adhesive can be applied to concrete, most stones, ceramic, marble, wood, gypsum board, metals, lead, glass, mirror, and plastics (excluding polypropylene), as well as any combination of these materials, without the need for additional fixings. It is suitable for internal and external use and does not attack synthetic materials.

Applications

The adhesive is suited to heavy vertical bonding and general building maintenance. It bonds non-porous stone, concrete, natural stone, gypsum board, wood, glass, polycarbonate and ceramics, and can be used on mirrors applied in vertical strips, on natural stone, polyester and polystyrene foam. It is also suitable for bonding copper, lead, zinc, aluminium and stainless steel.

Application Method

• Cut the tube at the nose and apply with the "v" in the nozzle facing up
• Apply in vertical stripes 10–20 cm apart; do not apply in dots
• For heavy vertical bonding, apply a 450 mm x 13 mm bead per kilogram of weight
• Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry
• Clean and de-grease metal applications with OB1 Multi Surface before use
• Seal porous stone with a good quality PVA solution
