The Multicomp Pro Thermal Switch NC 80°C is a normally closed thermal switch with a fixed switching temperature of 80°C for reliable temperature monitoring and protection.

Overview

The switch uses a thermo-bimetallic snap-disc as its switching element, with a standard tolerance of ±5°K. When the designated temperature is reached, its double contact system opens or closes the circuit of the connected application, supporting precise control and safety. Heat transfers to the switch through convection or direct heat conduction from all sides onto its housing, allowing it to be integrated into a variety of systems. Its wide performance range and diverse executions allow it to be used as a protective switch, sensor, or controller.
