Its SmartHeat® Technology ensures optimal thermal performance by sensing thermal demand directly at the solder pad, delivering precise energy flow during both flux activation and intermetallic bonding phases—without requiring any adjustment or calibration.

With an idle temperature of 390°C, this tip is ideal for lead-free soldering, providing a safe and thermally efficient solution. The 700 series tip is compatible with FR4/fiberglass boards, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of electronics applications.
