Supplied as a complete kit, it includes a shroud, earth tag, and a steel locknut, providing everything needed for a safe and compliant installation. A key safety feature is its low smoke fume (LSF) shroud, designed to minimise the emission of smoke and toxic fumes in the event of a fire, contributing to enhanced fire safety standards.
This cable gland has been rigorously tested and approved to BS6121, Part 1, guaranteeing its performance and reliability. The M40 thread with a 1.5mm pitch offers a secure and precise connection. Its compact design, with dimensions of 33mm in height and 22mm in width, allows for installation in space-constrained areas. The 'BW' version indicates its suitability for a wide range of industrial cabling applications where durability and safety are paramount.
