Link2Home Smart Porch Light with Camera is a mains-powered floodlight camera delivering 1,000 lumens of light and 2K video streaming. Its 12W light panel is equivalent to a traditional 75W floodlight, and the camera includes motion and sound detection with a 125 dB siren alarm for added security.

Overview

The Porch Camera combines a dimmable light panel with a motion activated security camera. It features Full HD video recording, two-way audio and Auto Tracking, which follows a subject as it moves across the field of vision. The compact, robust body is designed to light up areas such as driveways, gardens and office car parks.

Installation and Placement

The camera can be placed over a front door, garage, driveway or other area. The mount fixes to wood or masonry using the screws provided, and the camera can be moved manually on its bracket through 120° or set to Auto Tracking. It is weather-proof and requires no hub. Installation can use an existing power source or a new one; if in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.

Recording and Storage

Video clips can be recorded to a MicroSD card (sold separately) or to a cloud service (subscription sold separately). Memory card capacity guide: 16GB for up to 3 days, 32GB for up to 5 days, 64GB for up to 10 days and 128GB for up to 21 days. The cloud service can record continuously, 24/7, with up to 30 days of video history.

Compatibility

Compatible with Amazon Echo Show and Google Screen devices, including Google Chromecast. Requires a Wi-Fi connection and a mobile or tablet running iOS 8 or later, or Android 4.1 or later, plus a Link2Home Pro Account.
