The Lighthouse Elite Rechargeable LED Sensor Headlight is a black LED headlight with a maximum output of 480 lumens and spot and flood functions.
Key Features
The two LEDs can be used independently or together. The on/off button cycles between spot high, spot low and flood modes, and holding the button allows the output to be dimmed to the desired level. An optional sensor mode can be activated by pressing the sensor button, allowing the light to be switched on or off by moving a hand in front of it, which is useful when wearing gloves or with dirty hands.
The lamp head tilts to direct the light, and the adjustable head strap fits most head sizes. A magnetic base allows the light to be attached to metal surfaces when detached from the headband. The headlight is IPX6 water resistant and impact-rated to 1 m.
Power and Charging
The headlight is powered by a 3.7V 1400mAh Li-ion battery that can be recharged repeatedly and offers a run time of up to 10 hours. A low power indicator notifies the user when recharging is needed. Charging takes 2-2.5 hours via a Micro USB port, and a USB charging cable is supplied.
Applications
The headlight is suited to use around the home and for leisure activities including camping, sailing, hiking and cycling. It is also suited to emergencies such as power failures and to working on cars.
