KNIPEX Electronics Diagonal Cutters 115mm
Precision KNIPEX diagonal cutters (115mm) for electronics and fine mechanics. Laser-hardened edges, ergonomic design.
The KNIPEX Electronics Diagonal Cutters are precision-engineered for fine cutting work in electronics and fine mechanics. With a length of 115mm, these cutters are load-optimised to provide a more direct feel and greater control during intricate tasks.
The sturdy, zero-backlash box joint ensures durability and precision, while the low-friction double spring allows for gentle and even opening, reducing hand fatigue. The polished or mirror-polished finish, combined with a fine film of oil, offers effective rust protection, preventing circuit faults caused by peeling chrome—a common issue with plated tools.
The cutters feature a pointed head with a small bevel, ideal for precise cutting. The cutting edges are additionally laser hardened to a hardness of at least 60 HRC (specified as 62 HRC in some descriptions), ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The narrow, slim sleeves extend up to the head of the pliers, allowing the tool to be guided securely and comfortably between the thumb and index finger, even in tight spaces.
The high transmission ratio reduces physical effort, making these cutters a reliable choice for professionals and hobbyists alike. With a maximum cutting capacity of 1.3mm, they are suitable for cutting soft wire, copper, and other fine materials.
Weighing only 75 grams, these cutters are lightweight and easy to handle, making them an essential addition to any electronics toolkit. Whether you are working on circuit boards, fine mechanics, or detailed model work, these KNIPEX cutters deliver exceptional performance and reliability.
