KNIPEX 5 inch (125mm) Precision Electronics Diagonal Cutters
KNIPEX 5 inch precision diagonal cutters for electronics. Induction-hardened edges, 64 HRC, ergonomic handles for fine, detailed work.
The KNIPEX 5 inch (125mm) Precision Electronics Diagonal Cutters are engineered for ultra-fine cutting tasks in electronics and delicate mechanics. Featuring very precisely ground and sharp cutting edges with minimal bevels, these pliers allow for exact cuts on fragile electronic components, with an option for flush cutting where required. The cutting edges are further enhanced by induction hardening, achieving a remarkable edge hardness of approximately 64 HRC for exceptional durability and longevity.
Weighing roughly 20% less than standard electronics pliers, they offer superior handling and reduced user fatigue during extended periods of work. The bolted joint is meticulously manufactured with smooth joint surfaces, ensuring even, low-friction movement across the entire opening range for precise control. A smooth-running double spring provides a gentle and consistent opening action.
Ergonomically designed multi-component handles offer a secure and comfortable grip, enhancing precision and control. The pliers feature a ball-bearing chrome steel construction, forged and multi-stage oil-hardened for maximum strength and resilience. The pointed head design allows for excellent access in confined spaces, making these cutters an indispensable tool for intricate assembly and repair work.
Ideal for detailed work on circuit boards, model making, jewellery repair, and any application where accuracy and a clean cut are paramount.
