It includes seven fully programmable buttons for precise control: a directional pad (D-pad), A and B action buttons, and a dedicated menu button.
The platform is powered by three standard AA batteries (Alkaline or rechargeable NiMH/NiCad), which slot neatly into the back, offering an impressive battery life of approximately 20 hours of typical use. All processing power, game storage, and audio capabilities are provided by your own plugged-in BBC micro:bit V2, which connects via the onboard expansion connector to complete the circuit.
