IP65 Rated GU10 Shower Light, Nickel
IP65 rated nickel shower light for bathroom zones 1 & 2. Steel housing, 70mm cut-out, uses replaceable GU10 lamps. Easy maintenance with sprung bezel.
The IP65 Rated GU10 Shower Light in Nickel is a robust and practical lighting solution designed specifically for safe installation in bathroom zones 1 and 2. Featuring a traditional downlight design, it offers significant advantages in maintenance and longevity compared to integrated LED fittings, as the GU10 lamp can be easily replaced when needed.
Constructed from durable steel, the housing provides excellent protection and a sleek nickel finish that complements modern bathroom decor. A key feature is the sprung bezel, which can be effortlessly pulled off to facilitate quick and simple lamp changes without the need for tools, making routine maintenance a straightforward task.
This fitting is engineered for installations requiring a ceiling hole cut-out of 70mm. It is designed to use one 50W 240V GU10 halogen reflector lamp (not included), offering a familiar and replaceable light source. With compact dimensions, it provides a discreet profile while delivering reliable, zone-rated illumination for shower areas and other damp locations within the home.
Its IP65 rating guarantees protection against jets of water and dust ingress, ensuring safe and reliable operation in the challenging environment of a bathroom. This makes it an ideal, cost-effective choice for homeowners and installers seeking a durable, serviceable, and compliant lighting solution for wet rooms.
