HellermannTyton Helashrink 120 straight heat shrink boot (16.5mm). Ideal for cable strain relief & environmental sealing in electrical harnesses.
The HellermannTyton Helashrink 120 Heat Shrink Boot is a high-quality, heat-shrinkable moulded shape designed specifically for electrical and electronic cable harness applications. Featuring a bottle shape and MIL style construction, this straight boot is engineered to provide reliable performance in demanding environments.
A standout feature of this heat shrink boot is its circular, grooved adaptor, which delivers excellent strain relief for cables. Additionally, the long tail design provides extended strain relief, ensuring that your cable connections remain secure and protected against physical stress. It is particularly suitable for small cable diameters, offering semi-rigid flexibility that balances robust protection with ease of installation.
For applications requiring enhanced protection, this boot can be combined with complementary adhesives to create an effective environmental seal, safeguarding the connection from moisture, dust, and other contaminants. Supplied with an internal diameter of 16.5mm, it shrinks down to a maximum recovered internal diameter of 7mm, providing a tight and secure fit around the cable.
