Everbuild Sika Griptite Construction Adhesive C4 350ml

Everbuild Sika Griptite Construction Adhesive C4 350ml is a ready to use, solvent-based gap filling and panel adhesive supplied in a 350 ml size. It uses a high bond strength synthetic rubber and resin mix and is designed for use both inside and outside the home.

Overview

Griptite adheres to most common surfaces and bonds to wood, plaster, plasterboard, carpet, carpet grippers, metal, glass, ceramics, brick, concrete, cork, PVCu and certain plastics. Its high solids formulation provides gap filling without shrinkage, and it is suitable for use where both surfaces are non-porous.

Key Features

• Solvent-based formula with quick drying and high early bond strength
• Good early grab, usable in both vertical and horizontal positions
• High solids formulation for gap filling without shrinkage
• Suitable for bonding where both surfaces are non-porous
• Suitable for exterior use with good weathering properties

Applications

Typical uses include bonding dado rails, architraves and skirting, fixing parquet and cork flooring, fixing wall cladding to internal wall surfaces or timber battens, and bonding carpet gripper systems to most floors without nails or tacks. It can also be used to bond stair nosing to concrete or wooden stairs, fix polyester, wood, PVCu or metal thresholds, and secure aluminium or other skin panels to the framework of portable industrial buildings and caravans.
