Audio Technica U857QL Cardioid Gooseneck Condenser Microphone
Audio Technica U857QL cardioid gooseneck condenser microphone. Features UniGuard RFI shielding, UniSteep filter & quick-mount XLR plug.
The Audio Technica U857QL is a cardioid condenser quick-mount gooseneck microphone designed to plug directly into a panel or desk-mounted XLR socket type connector. Engineered for high-quality sound reinforcement, professional recording, and broadcasting, this microphone delivers reliable and precise audio capture in demanding environments.
Featuring superior off-axis rejection, the U857QL ensures maximum gain before feedback, keeping your audio clean and focused. It incorporates UniGuard® RFI-shielding technology, providing outstanding rejection of radio frequency interference to maintain signal integrity. Additionally, the UniSteep® filter offers steep low-frequency attenuation, improving pickup without affecting the overall sound quality.
The adjustable, small-diameter, alternating gooseneck design boasts virtually no 'memory', permitting quick and effortless positioning. Self-contained electronics eliminate the need for an external power module, streamlining setup. Furthermore, the microphone accepts interchangeable elements, permitting the angle of acceptance to be adjusted from 90° to 360° to suit various applications.
A two-stage foam windscreen yields dramatically improved resistance to P-pops and other breath blasts, ensuring clear vocal reproduction. The microphone is supplied complete with a foam windscreen and an anti-shock mount for secure and isolated installation.
